SkyLife Hospitality:
25. 3 free room nights per Membership to be used at any hospility property managed by Skyline Hotels and Resorts Inc. ("SHR")
26. Discount of 50% off the best advertised rate per room at time of booking, but at a price per room per night of not less than $75, for an additional 20 night per year per Membership at any SHR managed hospility properties
27. Free upgrades at time of check-in at SHR managed hospility properties (subject to availability)
28. 30. A credit, as specified in the Member Services Agreement, per month per Membership on food and non-alcoholic beverages purchased at any SHR managed food and beverage outlets, provided that any unused portion of such credit cannot be carried over from month to month;
General:
31. Discount of 20% of posted rates for treatments at any SkyLine Hotels and Resorts Inc. operated Shizen Spa;
32. Unlimited free access to the exercise facilities and activities at the Sports Centre at the Inn at Horseshoe and at Deerhurst Resort.

34. SkyLife lounge at Horseshoe Resort, Ontario, exclusive to Members and their guests;
35. Invitations to SkyLife sponsored or organized events; and
36. Such other offerings or amenities as SkyLife, at its sole and absolute discretion, may offer to Members from time to time.
